Antonio Correira Aka Pantonio born in 1975 to Açores, Terceira island.

Lives and works in Portugal.

Pantonio has always been influenced by the River Tage, which flows through Portugal. With his brush, he creates characters, fantastic animals, rabbits, fish and turtles, always in motion. Occasional rope-like strokes evoke fishing and the marine world so cherished in Portuguese tradition. The deliberate use of four dominant colors - blue, black, white and red - is reminiscent of the dark blue of the sea, the black of the ocean floor and the volcanic red of the center of the Earth.
